Is
the video or DVD shipped in an unmarked package?
Yes, the video or DVD will arrive in a USPS box with the return address

- What is your policy for refunds, rescheduling and cancellation?
Reschedule Policy:
AOED™ takes great pride in our workshops and all aspects of our company. This includes the appropriate scheduling of our classes with the proper amount of students, so as to ensure optimal class experience for each attendee. We therefore request that you inform us at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled class if you need to make any changes to your reservation..
Any changes to your reservation within the 10 day window is subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests submitted after the start of class will not be accepted and your class fee will be forfeited. To reschedule a class, call us at (610) 436-4894 or email us at customersupport@artofexoticdancing.com
Refund Policy (Merchandise only):
No refunds will be given on video products if the plastic seal has been tampered with or broken.
Cancellation Policy:
AOED™ has a No-Cancellation policy. If you cannot attend a class that you have paid and registered for, and are unable to attend, you have a few options:
- Reschedule for another class (please see reschedule policy)
- Transfer your class to another individual (you can give this class away to a friend or family member ñ whom will then have to adhere to the reschedule policy)
- Apply your class credit towards our DVD's or videos (no money will be refunded)

can I order without a credit card?
You can mail a check made out to Philadelphia Films, Inc. to the address above. Please specify which video/dvd format or which class location, date and time you wish to order or register for.

What is the difference between cardio-striptease and "The Art of
Exotic Dancing™"?
Cardio-Striptease was designed as a workout and is created to simply
get the heart rate going. The Art of Exotic Dancing™ was
designed for women to teach them the art of the dance, increase self
confidence and self expression...you do pick up a few dance moves
along the way and you even get a pretty good workout, but the gift
you give yourself when you take the class is even better than that.

I order a tape or request to be put on the mailing list, will my information
be sold or given to any other companies or organizations?
No, the information we get on our website is used only to fulfil orders
and to communicate with the community. The names and addresses we
have in our database will not be sold.
